A 50-mL round-bottomed flask equipped with a magnetic stirrer and reflux condenser was charged with HCl in 1,4-dioxane (20 mL) and 332d (706 mg, 1.47 mmol). The mixture was stirred for at 65° C. for 6 h. It was then concentrated under reduced pressure to afford 332e as a yellow solid (500 mg, 90%). MS: [M+H]+ 379.
