Reaction Steps
Essentially following the procedures described for Intermediate 7, but using tert-butyl [3-(2-methoxy-2-oxoethyl)-4,6-dimethyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl]acetate from Step C in place of tert-butyl (2-oxo-3-pyridin-2-yl-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl)acetate, the title compound was prepared. MS: m/z=293 (M+1).
