A solution of 5,8-dibromo-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine (0.134 g, 0.48 mmol), 4-(4-isopropyl-piperazin-1-yl)-phenylamine (0.118 g, 0.54 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (0.093 mL, 0.54 mmol) is stirred at 90° C. for 18 hours. The reaction mixture is concentrated in vacuo and partitioned between DCM and sat. NaHCO3. The organic layer is washed with brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated. The residue is purified by silica gel column chromatography eluting with 98:2 DCM:MeOH to afford the title compound (0.086 g, 43%).
