As described for example 48e, 2-[2-(3-butyl-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-ethyl]-4-methyl-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid (75 mg, 0.23 mmol) was converted, using rac-tetrahydrofuran-3-amine instead of isopropylamine, to the title compound (35 mg, 40%) which was obtained as a light brown oil.
