As described for example 57b, 2-[2-(3-butyl-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-ethyl]-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid methyl ester (90 mg, 0.29 mmol) was converted, using 4-aminotetrahydropyran instead of isopropylamine, to the title compound (50 mg, 76%) which was obtained as a light yellow solid.
