As described for example 58, 2-[2-(3-butyl-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-ethyl]-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid methyl ester (90 mg, 0.29 mmol) was converted, using rac-1-amino-2-propanol instead of rac-2-amino-1-propanol, to the title compound (50 mg, 69%) which was obtained as a light yellow oil.
