To a solution of the product from Example 25 (40 mg, 0.076 mmol) in MeOH (2 ml) and THF (2 ml) was added 10% Pd/C (20 mg) and the resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature under 1 atm H2 for 16 h. The mixture was filtered through celite and concentrated in vacuo to give a solid (27.5 mg, 68%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) 11.39 (s, 1 H) 9.88 (s, 1 H) 7.61-7.71 (m, 2 H) 7.28-7.36 (m, 2 H) 7.20 (d, J=2.57 Hz, 1 H) 7.13 (d, J=2.94 Hz, 1 H) 5.64 (d, J=7.72 Hz, 1 H) 3.83 (s, 3 H) 3.75 (s, 3 H) 3.14 (dd, J=10.30, 5.88 Hz, 2 H) 2.96 (s, 3 H) 2.83-2.92 (m, 2 H) 1.34 (s, 9 H).
