Reaction Steps
A solution of compound 10H (0.44 g, 1.0 mmol) in 4N HCl/dioxane (10 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 60 minutes, concentrated and dried in vacuum to give 0.3 g of product (10) as a hydrochloride salt. ESI-MS:m/z 344.1 (M+H)+.
