The title compound was synthesized using an analogous procedure to that described in the preparation of Compound 48 (Method A) using 2-hydrazinylpyridine. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.73-0.87 (m, 4 H) 1.83-1.99 (m, 4 H) 5.04-5.15 (m, 1 H) 6.94-7.04 (m, 1 H) 7.19 (d, J=9.35 Hz, 1 H) 7.38-7.47 (m, 1 H) 7.80 (d, J=9.35 Hz, 1 H) 7.94 (d, J=9.85 Hz, 1 H) 8.10 (s, 1 H) 8.35 (d, J=7.07 Hz, 1 H) 11.14 (s, 1 H). MS:m/z 348.2 (M+H)+.
