6-(6,7-Dimethoxyquinolin-4-yloxy)naphthalen-1-amine (50 mg, 0.144 mmol) and 2-fluorophenylisocyanate (20 mg, 0.144 mmol) were dissolved in THF (1 mL) then stirred at RT for 16 h. A precipitate formed in the mixture and was collected on a glass frit, washing with minimal THF then CH2Cl2 to give N-(6-((6,7-bis(methoxy)-4-quinolinyl)oxy)-1-naphthalenyl)-N′-(2-fluorophenyl)urea as an off-white solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 484.2 (M+1). Mass Calc'd for C28H22FN3O4: 483.50
