6-(6,7-Dimethoxyquinolin-4-yloxy)-5-fluoro-1-naphthoyl chloride (70 mg) was stirred in a solution of 2M EtNH2 in THF (3 mL) at RT for 4 days. Solvent was evaporated and residue purified by prep plate using 5% MeOH in CH2Cl2 as the eluent. The solid obtained was rinsed with ether and dried to afford the title compound. MS (ESI pos. ion) m/z: 421.1 (M+H). Calc'd for C24H21FN2O4−420.43.
