A mixture of C-(3-amino-phenyl)-N-(3-methoxy-propyl)-methanesulfonamide (0.129 g, 0.50 mmol) and 4-chloro-6-(2-methoxyphenyl)-pyrimidine (0.110 g, 0.10 mmol) in DMFA (3 mL) was stirred at 80° C. till the reaction completion (TLC control), then evaporated in vacuo. The resulting residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel yielding C-{3-[6-(2-methoxy-phenyl)-pyrimidin-4-ylamino]-phenyl}-N-(3-methoxy-propyl)-methanesulfonamide
