(rac)-5,7-Difluoro-6-[1-(6-piperazin-1-yl-imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-3-yl)-ethyl]-quinoline (Example 6, 50 mg, 0.127 mmol) and 4-nitrophenyl formate (29.7 mg, 0.177 mmol) were dissolved in DCM (1.27 mL) and triethylamine (0.021 mL, 0.152 mmol) was added. The RM was stirred at RT for 0.5 h. The mixture was concentrated and the residue was purified by flash chromatography and afforded the title compound as a white foam (tR 3.25 min (conditions 1), MH+=423).
