Reaction Steps
4-{[Propyl-(4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzothiazol-6-yl)-amino]-methyl}-benzoyl chloride (42C) is prepared from 42B as described for 23A. The crude product is obtained in almost quantitative yield.
