By the same method as in the step d) of Example 2, 2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrido[3,4-b][1,4]-oxazine (180 mg, 0.587 mmol) and 3,5-dibromo-4-methoxy-benzoyl chloride (193 mg, 0.587 mmol) were reacted to obtain the target compound 5, (3,5-dibromo-4-methoxy-phenyl)-(2,3-dihydro-pyrido[3,4-b][1,4]oxazin-1-yl)-methanone, as white solid (85 mg, 34%).
