Prepared from Methyl 2,6-dichloroisonicotinate, methyl(methylsulfonyl)amine and intermediate 3.3.1 following a similar procedure as described for the preparation of intermediate 4.2c.1. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) δ 7.02 (s, 1H), 6.96 (s, 1H), 3.55 (A of ABX, dd, J=14.4, 6.0 Hz, 1H), 3.29 (B of ABX, dd, J=14.4, 7.2 Hz, 1H), 3.35 (s, 3H), 3.15 (s, 3H), 3.12 (s, 3H), 1.03 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 3H), 0.82-0.66 (m, 2H), 0.48-0.41 (m, 1H), 0.28-0.22 (m, 1H).
