Compound No. 21 was prepared according to a process similar to that described in stage 8.4, by reacting 0.15 g (0.31 mmol) of N-[6-(azetidin-1-yl)pyridin-3-yl]-5-bromo-1-[(3-fluorophenyl)methyl]-1H-indole-2-carboxamide, prepared according to the protocol described in stage 17.3, with 95 mg (0.93 mmol) of dimethyl(isopropyl)silane in the presence of 0.2 g (0.94 mmol) of potassium triphosphate and of 16 mg (0.03 mmol) of bis(tri-tert-butylphosphine)palladium in 2 ml of dry 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP). 23 mg of the expected product are obtained.
