Procedure
To a homogeneous solution of 91 (1.2 g, 2.3 mmol) in THF (20 mL) was added 1.0 M tetrabutylammonium fluoride in THF (4.7 mL, 4.7 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred 16 h, then concentrated and chromatographed to afford 800 mg (86%) of a white solid: 1H (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ 11.25 (s, 1H), 6.97 (br s, 2H), 5.95 (dd, J=5.9, 4.4 Hz, 1H), 5.89 (d, J=4.8 Hz, 1H), 5.41 (t, J=6.2 Hz, 1H), 4.90 (t, J=5.9 Hz, 1H), 4.00 (q, J=5.9 Hz, 1H), 3.48-3.64 (m, 2H), 2.06 (s, 3H), 2.04 (s, 3H); MS (+)-ES [M+H]+ m/z 401.
