Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared as described in Example 1f by starting from (E)-ethyl 4-(2-(dimethylamino)vinyl)-2-(methylthio)-6-(3-(trifluoromethyl)phenylamino)pyrimidine-5-carboxylate and 30% NH4OH solution and continuing until the reaction yield brown solids, 2-(methylthio)-4-(3-(trifluoro methyl)phenylamino)pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-5(6H)-one (912 mg). MS m/z: 353.1 (M+H)+.
