To a solution of 3-bromo-4-chloro-N-{(3RS,4SR)-4-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-1-[1-(1-methyl-cyclopropanecarbonyl)-piperidine-4-carbonyl]-pyrrolidin-3-yl}-N-methyl-benzamide (78 mg, 0.12 mmol) in toluene (1 mL) and water (0.048 mL) was added under an atmosphere of nitrogen potassium phosphate, tribasic mono hydrate (88 mg, 0.42 mmol), tricyclohexylphosphine (4 mg, 0.014 mmol) palladium(II) acetate (2 mg, 0.009 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred for 18 h at 80° C. under an atmosphere of nitrogen. It was concentrated and purification by chromatography (SiO2, ethyl acetate:methanol=100:0 to 85:15) afforded the title compound (71 mg, 97%) as a light brown foam. MS m/e: 616.2 [M]+.
