Procedure
A solution of 1-[2-(5-ethyl-oxazol-2-yl)-ethyl]-3-[5-(2-methanesulfonyl-6-methyl-pyrimidin-4-yl)-4-methyl-thiazol-2-yl]-urea (0.22 g, 0.049 mmol) and dimethylamine (2M in THF, 0.073 ml, 0.15 mmol) in DMF (1 ml) is heated at 70° C. for 18 hours. The solvent is removed and the product is purified by chromatography on silica eluting with ethyl acetate to give the titled compound.
