A mixture of 150 mg (0.28 mmol) 2-(3,5-bis-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-N-[6-chloro-4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-pyridin-3-yl]-N-methyl-isobutyramide and 0.16 g (0.84 mmol) 4-(trifluoromethyl)piperidine hydrochloride in 2 ml 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene was heated at 140° C. for 20 h. After cooling to room temperature the reaction mixture was diluted with water and extracted with three portions of tert-butyl methyl ether. The combined organic layers were dried over sodium sulfate, concentrated in vacuo and purified by flash chromatography to give 62 mg (34%) of the title compound as a light yellow solid.
