Procedure

0.6 g of 3-(1-BOC-4-piperidyl)-5-[4-(2-methoxycarbonylethyl)piperazino]methyloxazolidin-2-one [obtainable according to Ex. 1] are suspended in 40 ml of 2N HCl solution based on dioxane and the mixture is stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. After removal of the solvent and customary working up, 3-(4-piperidyl)-5-[4-(2-methoxycarbonylethyl)piperazino]methyloxazolidin-2-one, hydrochloride, is obtained.

Workup

  1. customAfter removal of the solvent
