As described for example 1e, 6-(3-butyl-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (110 mg, 0.36 mmol) was converted, using 4-aminotetrahydropyran instead of isopropylamine, to the title compound (100 mg, 74%) which was obtained as a colourless oil after purification by chromatography (silica, 0 to 5% methanol in dichloromethane).
