Procedure

3-(7-(4-(Azetidine-1-carbonyl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamido)imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-2-yl)phenyl acetate (Example 105; 25 mg, 54.4 μmol) was combined with MeOH (0.7 ml), CH2Cl2 (0.2 ml) and H2O to give a yellow solution. NaHCO3 (4.57 mg, 54.4 μmol) was added and the reaction mixture was stirred at RT over night. The precipitated light yellow solid was filtered and washed with MeOH and H2O. After drying over night under high vacuum, the product (13 mg, 56%) was obtained as light yellow solid. MS (m/z)=418.2 [M+H+].
