tert-butyl N-tert butoxycarbonyl-5-bromo-3-(5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)pyrazin-2-ylcarbamate (75 mg, 0.13 mmol) was dissolved in DMF (1 mL) and 1-(2-(methylsulfonyl)ethyl)piperazine (77 mg, 0.40 mmol) was added. The reaction mixture was heated at 100° C. in a sealed tube overnight. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and partitioned between CH2Cl2 and water and the layers separated using a phase separation cartridge. The organic layer was concentrated in vacuo to give the product (84.01 mg, 0.13 mmol)
