Procedure
To a solution of (E)-2-(2-(1-(1-(quinolin-6-ylmethyl)-1H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-b]pyrazin-6-yl)ethylideneaminooxy)ethyl)isoindoline-1,3-dione (70 mg, 0.142 mmol) in MeOH (10 mL) was added hydrazine monohydrate (35.6 mg, 0.711 mmol). The solution was heated at reflux for 30 h and concentrated in vacuo. The crude was purified by column chromatography to afford 19 mg (37%) of the title compound. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6+D2O) δ ppm 9.35 (s, 1H), 8.98 (s, 1H), 8.35 (d, 1H), 8.02 (s, 1H), 8.01 (d, 1H), 7.81 (d, 1H), 7.53 (m, 1H), 6.20 (s, 2H), 4.47 (s, 2H), 3.22 (s, 2H), 2.34 (s, 3H). LCMS (method B): [MH]+=363, tR=1.57 min.
