Reaction Steps
Using benzyl 4-hydroxy-1-piperidinecarboxylate (1.50 g, 6.35 mmol) and 2-(2-bromoethoxy)tetrahydro-2H-pyran (1.92 mL, 12.7 mmol), the desired title compound (1.2 g, yield 52%) was obtained by the same method as in Reference Example 2 (2a).
