Reaction Steps
A mixture of (4-{4-[5-(6-benzyloxy-naphthalen-2-yl)-pyrazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidin-7-ylamino]-phenylcarbamoyl}-benzyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (compound A2)(750 mg) and Pd/C (10%, 100 mg) in dioxane (100 ml) is hydrogenated (1.1 bar) at 80° C. for 3 days. The reaction mixture is filtered and the filtrate is evaporated. After silica gel flash chromatography the product is obtained as colorless solid in 48% yield.
