Procedure

To a stirred solution of (S)-tert-butyl 2-(pyrazin-2-ylcarbamoyl)azetidine-1-carboxylate (1.05 g, 3.77 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (40 mL) was added TFA (1.453 mL, 18.86 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at RT overnight and concentrated. The residue was used for the next step without purification. LC/MS [M+H]+: 179; Ret time (Method F): 0.29 min.
