Reaction Steps
3-({4-[(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)carbonyl]phenyl}amino)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile was prepared according to the general procedure in Example 7 Step 2 using 3-amino-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile (50 mg, 0.271 mmol) and 1-(4-bromobenzoyl)-4-methylpiperazine (77 mg, 0.271 mmol) as the starting materials.
