Procedure
The mixture of 5′-chloro-N-(((2R,6S)-2,6-dimethyltetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)methyl)-2′-fluoro-2,4′-bipyridin-6-amine L (30 mg, 0.08 mmol), trans-1,4-cyclohexanediamine (49 mg, 0.43 mmol) and triethylamine (26 mg, 0.25 mmol) in 1.5 ml DMSO was heated in a reaction vesel at 110° C. in an oil bath for 16 h. Formation of desired product was confirmed by LC/MS. The reaction mixture solution was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with water, dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated. Crude compound was purified by HPLC to give desired product as TFA salt. LCMS (m/z): 444.2/446.2 (MH+), retention time=0.54 min.
