This compound is prepared according to synthesis 68, from 70 mg (0.21 mmol) of 8-bromo-4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-3H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]quinoline-1-ethyl carboxylate (synthesis 71) and 26 μL (0.23 mmol) of styrene. After filtration and trituration in diethyl ether, 10 mg (14%) of 4-oxo-8-styryl-4,5-dihydro-3H-pyrrolo[2,3-c]quinoline-1-ethyl carboxylate is obtained in the form of a light brown solid.
