PROCEDURE

实验过程

To a solution of 1.92 g (S)-2-tert-Butoxycarbonylamino-5-(tert-butyl-diphenyl-silanyloxy)-pentanoic acid benzyl ester in 40 ml ethyl acetate were added under argon 0.2 g Pd/C (10%) and the suspension was stirred under an atmosphere of hydrogen (3 bar) for 16 h. The suspension was filtered over a plug of Celite® and washed with ethyl acetate. The crude product was obtained after evaporation of the solvent. Yield: 1.61 g colorless oil.
