To a mixture of N-(cyclobutylmethyl)-3-[2,6-dimethoxy-4-(methoxymethyl)phenyl]-6-methoxy-N-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazole-7-amine (26.2 mg) and ethyl acetate (1.0 mL) was added methanesulfonic acid (3.40 μL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour and the solvent was removed by blowing nitrogen stream and dried to obtain the title compound (31.2 mg).
