To a mixture of N-(cyclopropylmethyl)-3-[2,6-dimethoxy-4-(methoxymethyl)phenyl]-6-methoxy-N-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-3-yl)pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazole-7-amine (30.0 mg) and ethyl acetate (0.6 mL) was added phosphoric acid (14.6M, 4.00 μL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 5 minutes and the solvent was removed by blowing nitrogen stream and dried to obtain the title compound (35.8 mg).
