To a mixture of 3-[2,6-dimethoxy-4-(methoxymethyl)phenyl]-6-methoxy-N-[(2-methylcyclopropyl)methyl]-N-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazole-7-amine (14.6 mg) and ethyl acetate (0.5 mL) was added methanesulfonic acid (1.90 μL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour and the solvent was removed by blowing nitrogen stream and dried to obtain the title compound (17.4 mg).
