To a mixture of N-(Cyclopropylmethyl)-6-methoxy-N-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-ylmethyl)-3-(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-pyrazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazole-7-amine (6.51 mg) and ethyl acetate (0.5 mL) was added hydrochloric acid in diethyl ether (1M, 13.4 μL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1.5 hours and the solvent was removed by blowing nitrogen stream and dried to obtain the title compound (7.41 mg).
