Reaction Steps

The mixture of the product of example 168 (160 mg, 0.25 mmol), H2O2 (30%, 1 ml) and HOAc (5 ml) was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. H2O (6 ml) was added and then extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with H2O, dried and concentrated. The residue was purified by column chromatography (ethyl acetate) to give the titled compound (170 mg, 100% yield)
