Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 5-[4-(ethylamino)benzyl]-1-methyl-3-propyl-6,7-dihydro-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one following the procedure described in Example 47 and was obtained, after trituration with ethyl acetate as a solid (59%), m.p.149-151° C.
