PROCEDURE

实验过程

(R)-(+)-α-methylbenzylamine (242 mg) was added to a solution of (±)-3-[3-(1-tert-butylcarbonylmethyl-2-oxo-5-phenyl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2H-1,5-benzodiazepin-3-yl)ureido]benzoic acid (1.03 g) in 2-propanol (20 ml), the mixture was stirred overnight. Crystals so precipitated were collected by filtration, the crystals were recrystallized from 2-propanol, to thereby obtain 220 mg of the title compound.
