The title compound was prepared by Sonogashira coupling of 4-Chloro-5-iodo-7-(4-methoxy-3,5-dimethyl-pyridin-2-ylmethyl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-ylamine (see Example 1) with 4-pentynoic acid according to the General Procedure A. tR=4.73 min. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 12.2 (s, 1H), 8.15 (s, 1H), 7.28 (s, 1H), 6.80 (s, 2H), 5.33 (s, 2H), 3.73 (s, 3H), 3.31 (br. s, 2H), 2362 (br. t, 2H), 2.27 (s, 3H), 2.17 (s, 3H).
