Reaction Steps
To 20 mg (0.035 mmol) of 2(R)-[(4-amino-4′-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-carbonyl)-amino]-3-(3′-chloro-4′-fluoro-biphenyl-4-yl)-propionic acid methyl ester in 1 mL of DCM was added 12 mg (0.11 mmol) of isobutyryl chloride following general procedure M to give the title compound (19 mg).
