This material was prepared analogous to the procedures described for Example 2, steps (a-b). 2,2-Dimethyl-chroman-6-carboxylic acid (90 mg, 0.4 mmol, Maybridge) and 7-amino-3-hydroxymethyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-quinolin-2-one (85 mg, 0.44 mmol, prepared according to the procedure described in WO03049702) provided the title compound as an off-white amorphous solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 381 (M+1).
