The title compound was prepared from 6-trifluoromethyl-4-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1H-pyrimidin-2-one (7.85 g, 25.5 mmol) and phosphoroxychloride (85 mL) according to the general procedure I. Obtained as a yellow solid (5.33 g, 64%). MS (EI) 326.1 [(M)+]; mp 65° C.
