Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 2-chloro-4-trifluoromethyl-6-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-pyrimidine (example A.42) (0.65 g, 2.0 mmol) and commercially available 2-chloro-pyridine-4-boronic acid (0.35 g, 2.22 mmol) according to the general procedure IVb. Obtained as an off-white solid (0.59 g, 73%). MS (ISP) 404.0 [(M+H)+]; mp 147° C.
