In analogy to the procedure described for the synthesis of example 43, step 7, the title compound was synthesized from 5-(piperidin-4-yloxy)-1-pyrimidin-5-yl-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (example 44, step 2) and cyclobutanone. The title compound was obtained in 58% yield as light yellow solid. MS (m/e): 421.1 (MH+, 100%).
