The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described for the synthesis of example 325 (benzooxazol-2-yl-[1-(5-methyl-2-phenyl-1H-imidazol-4-ylmethyl)-piperidin-4-yl]-amine) using 5-methyl-2-m-tolyl-3H-imidazole-4-carbaldehyde ([CAS RN 68283-20-5] prepared as described in U.S. Pat. No. 4,107,307 (American Cyanamid Company)) instead of 5-methyl-2-phenyl-3H-imidazole-4-carbaldehyde. MS (ESI): 402.5 [M+H]+.
