(cis)-tert-butyl 3-fluoro-4-(2-(6-fluoro-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3-yl)quinolin-8-yloxy)piperidine-1-carboxylate (33 mg, 0.069 mmol) was dissolved in 2 mL DCM at ambient temperature. TFA (2 mL) was added and the mixture stirred at ambient temperature 1 hour. The reaction was evaporated under reduced pressure, and purified by preparative TLC eluting with 1:10 mixture of (0.5% NH4OH in MeOH):DCM to give the product (4.5 mg, 17% yield). MS APCI (+) m/z 382.1 (M+1) detected.
