A mixture of 10% palladium-carbon (50% wet, 12 mg) and 9-biphenyl-4-yl-3,4-dihydropyrido[2,1-c][1,2,4]thiadiazine 2,2-dioxide (115 mg) in THF (50 mL) was stirred under a hydrogen atmosphere overnight. The reaction mixture was filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated to give the title compound (122 mg) as a white solid. The obtained solid was crystallized from acetonitrile, diisopropyl ether and hexane to give a white solid.
